By accessing and using the services provided by Easy Webs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Easy Webs provides managed web design, development, and hosting services. Our services include:

All services require a minimum commitment of 12 months (1 year). Your subscription automatically renews monthly after the initial 12-month term unless cancelled with 30 days' notice before renewal.
Early termination before 12 months is not permitted except in cases of service failure at our discretion or through mutual written agreement.
All plans are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date.
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified during checkout. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method each billing cycle.
If payment fails, we will attempt to retry within 3 days. If payment remains unpaid after 7 days, we reserve the right to suspend your website and services until payment is received.
Easy Webs reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. You will be notified of any price changes via email. If you do not agree to new pricing, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
All website code, architecture, design files, and infrastructure remain the exclusive property of Easy Webs. You do not receive the source code or have direct access to the underlying codebase.

You can manage and update all content and settings, but not the underlying code or infrastructure.
After the initial 12-month minimum term, you have the option to purchase the complete website code and source files. This includes:
Code purchase price: Available upon request. The price is based on the original development cost, complexity, and market rates. Contact us at [email protected] for a quote.
After code purchase, you own the code but are responsible for all hosting, security, maintenance, and support. Easy Webs provides no further support unless a separate maintenance agreement is established.
Your website may use open-source libraries, frameworks, and third-party components. These components remain subject to their respective licenses (MIT, GPL, etc.) and are not included in code ownership transfers.
Cancellation before the end of your 12-month minimum term is not permitted. If you request cancellation before 12 months, you remain liable for the remaining balance of your contract.
After your initial 12-month term, you may cancel with 30 days' notice. Your website will remain active through the current billing cycle, then be suspended at the end of that cycle.
Easy Webs does not offer refunds for partial months or early cancellations during the 12-month minimum term, as services have been rendered and continuously maintained. Refunds are only issued in cases of service failures or billing errors at our discretion.
Upon cancellation:
You retain full ownership of all content (text, images, videos, documents) that you provide or create for your website. You grant Easy Webs a license to use, display, store, and maintain this content solely for operating your website.

Easy Webs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service immediately if you violate these terms, and may report illegal activity to authorities.

We perform regular maintenance to ensure security and performance. We aim to minimize downtime and will provide advance notice when possible. Maintenance typically occurs during off-peak hours.
We strive for 99% uptime on hosting services. However, Easy Webs is not liable for downtime caused by:
Basic Plan: Standard email support, response within 24-48 hours
Growth Plan: Priority support, response within 12 business hours
Pro Plan: Priority support with faster response times and phone support availability
Support covers website functionality, content updates, and troubleshooting. Custom development work outside your plan is billed separately.
Easy Webs provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be:

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We use industry-standard SSL encryption, firewalls, and security practices. However, no system is 100% secure. We recommend:

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms or your use of our services must be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Netherlands.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy Webs regarding the use of our services. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
